Summit Plating’s Continuous Coiled Stock Plating options are available in a wide variety of precious, semi-precious, common metals, and specialty alloys that deliver metal finishes to exacting specification in Gold, Silver, Zinc, Tin, and more.

Summit economically and effectively plates coiled stock in a variety of widths from .5″ wide to 4″ wide. Carefully monitored control of overall plating using advanced shielding techniques minimizes “dog bone” effects while maintaining tight die clearances — ensuring specs are consistently achieved.

Summit’s expansive in-line automation process combines surface preparation, electroplate monitoring, and thickness measuring. Collectively, these quality assurance  protocols allow Summit to economically and quickly achieve quality and consistency specifications.
